The room was air-conditioned, and we were able to check in early and had comfortable beds.

We really enjoyed rooms with kitchen. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator were useful. The location for Oakland was excellent, short walk to other stores and public transport and the Target. The staff was very very helpful and efficient.

The location of this place near Raimondi Park was fantastic, and the breakfasts were conveniently served at the front desk.

The staff were caring and well-mannered. The modern room with a king-size bed was truly enjoyable. The location was favorable and perfect, near to nearby restaurants, Best Buy, grocery store, and shopping areas. Bay Street was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Kaiser center, making it a suitable choice for emergency conference calls. It is also just across the Bay Bridge from San Francisco, offering easy access to the city. The rooms are spacious and equipped with mini kitchens and refrigerators, providing guests with the convenience of preparing their meals.

1, having to leave the hotel after arriving to fine a credit Union to transfer $100 from savings to checking to cover a $100 room deposit that I was not aware of. Could have made a $100 cash deposit but would not except Cash. And 2, I had to deal with a curry seasoning smell in the unit. I can only assume the person staying their prier used curry seasoning to cook with. For the amount I paid to stay their i will def not return.

Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, comfortable, and it was nice to have a stove.

I would have loved to have an oven. Also, we were given incorrect information about check-out time by a staff member which negatively impacted us (and resulted in an additional night stay charge - she told us that we could check out later, and when we did, we were informed that this was absolutely never an option).
